What to Expect:
55 minute session
- We begin with a 5 min check-in about what you’d like to address during the session. After this, we generally hang up the call until the Reiki treatment is complete.
- You will then be asked to lay down or rest comfortably in a quiet space. The Reiki treatment itself lasts 45 minutes.
- I will call you back for a short debrief in the final 5 minutes.
